Dr. Ajaz Siddiqui is a double board-certified pain management specialist and
anesthesiologist dedicated to helping patients find lasting relief from acute and chronic pain. With a patient-centered approach, he emphasizes education, personalized treatment plans, and innovative pain management techniques. Dr. Siddiqui believes in empowering his patients to be equal partners in their treatment journey, ensuring they receive the best and most advanced care available. As part of Performance Ortho’s expansion, Dr. Siddiqui is bringing his expertise to Performance Ortho’s newest facility in Hillsborough, NJ. He envisions becoming the trusted, go-to physician for pain relief in the community, caring for multiple generations of families with compassion and innovation.
Education
Dr. Siddiqui earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital-Western Pennsylvania Hospital Medical Education Consortium, where he also completed his Anesthesiology Residency. He is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in both Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology.
