Dr. Ronald Spiaggia

Dr. Spiaggia is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive of Performance Ortho, since 2001.  He is a New Jersey licensed and Board-Certified chiropractic physician credentialed by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He completed his Bachelor of Science Degree at Montclair State University, with a concentration in accounting. In 2000 Dr. Spiaggia received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, with honors, from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. Dr. Spiaggia is also a licensed New Jersey Certified Public Accountant, since 1995.

As the Chief Executive, Dr. Spiaggia’s area of expertise includes leading the long-term vision, mission, and growth of Performance Ortho. Since 2001, Performance Ortho has experienced exponential growth in Somerset County, from a single outpatient facility in Watchung, NJ to 4 outpatient locations and an Ambulatory Surgical Center. 

Dr. Spiaggia’s has securely rooted in the DNA of Performance Ortho that each patient deserves to experience kindness, compassion, and empathy, in an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to orthopedic medicine.

Dr. Spiaggia is married to Tracy and has 3 adult children, Nicholas, Jack, and Ava. Dr. Spiaggia is active in his church and during his free time he enjoys motorcycle riding, golf, weight training, cycling, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Spiaggia is the Founding Partner and Clinic Director of Performance Ortho and Regenerative Medicine. He is a New Jersey licensed and Board-Certified chiropractic physician credentialed by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He completed his Bachelor of Science Degree at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ, and received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, with honors, from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY.

Dr. Spiaggia is a former Associate Clinical Professor at New York Chiropractic College. He has been working in private practice since 2000. Dr. Spiaggia is currently a member of the American Chiropractic Association and New Jersey Chiropractic Association.
